— THE BRIDGE

Two countries.
One mission.

Tunisia is one of the most important countries of origin for qualified professionals in Germany — in nursing, engineering, medicine and many other fields. In nursing alone, more than 3,500 visas were issued to Tunisian professionals for work in Germany in 2024 — built on a long educational tradition and language skills in French, Arabic and, increasingly, German.

On the German side, this talent base meets a structural need: the shortage of skilled workers — from nursing through engineering to the trades — is demonstrably growing well into the coming decade. Companies and institutions need reliable, legally sound routes — not more platform promises.

Talentbridge is the personal bridge in between. Contact person Moez Fili is at home in both countries, selects candidates in Tunisia himself and supports the placement through to a stable employment relationship.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What you'd like to know.

Depending on the procedure and profession, we expect 4 to 25 weeks — from the first conversation to the first day of work in Germany. The fast-track skilled-worker procedure under § 81a AufenthG is designed to significantly shorten processing times at the authorities and the embassy.

Yes — German language skills are a requirement. Depending on the service, you'll need B1 (vocational training) or B2 (permanent employment / nursing). We assess your current language level in the first conversation and can recommend language courses.

Professional recognition is carried out through the recognition authority responsible in the federal state where you want to work — through different authorities depending on the profession. We accompany the application and assist with any adaptation measures. For qualified professionals with work experience, the Opportunity Card can also be a possible route.

We take your preference into account. The final decision, however, rests with the employer and depends on the available positions. We look for the best possible match between your profile and open positions.

No — no organisation can guarantee a visa. However, we prepare all documents fully and in a legally sound way, accompany the embassy appointment and minimise risks through thorough preparation.

Usually: vocational or university certificates, a language certificate, CV, passport photo, a valid passport and a criminal record extract. We review your documents together and help with certifications and translations.

Yes — the placement doesn't end at the airport. We remain your point of contact during the first months — for you and for your employer. We help with finding accommodation, onboarding and practical everyday questions.
